Which institutions are listed?
The official department pages of the Vakhidov Surgery Center list kidney transplantation and liver transplantation between relatives. The Center of Nephrology and Kidney Transplantation describes itself on its own website as the republican center in this field. Other institutions are on the list in Resolution No. 333 of the Cabinet of Ministers; this does not mean they offer the service now.
Legal basis
Transplantation is regulated by Law No. ZRU-768 (11.05.2022). The list of authorized institutions is in Appendix 3 to Resolution No. 333 of the Cabinet of Ministers (13.06.2024), and the procedure for examining the donor and the patient is in Regulation No. 3706 (21.11.2025).
About the numbers
This portal does not publish the number of operations in Uzbekistan: no link to an open, verified official annual report was found. If you need an exact number, ask the Ministry of Health or the relevant center.
